YOGA: A discipline that promotes strength, balance, and flexibility. Yoga practice brings its holistic benefits to every aspect of your life in mind, body, and spirit. The beauty of yoga is that it is accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities. Modified postures allow everyone to realize the overall health benefits.

TAI CHI: Practicing Tai Chi Chuan has the following profound heath benefits; improving balance, increasing flexibility, reduces stress, anxiety, strengthens the body / mind and brightens the spirit.  Tai Chi Ch’uan a moving meditation.

BELLY DANCE: Styes include single, & double sword dancing, cape, single, & double veil, & belly work along with floor work and ethnic dances such as Khaleegi, Guedra, Zar trance dance, props (other than sword) Cane, basket, Tray, & hand candles.

Morning, afternoon and evening classes are offered for all ages and all levels. Refer to the East West Exchange Yoga Practice page for class descriptions and select the classes that best suit your abilities.

East West Exchange Yoga and Tai Chi Center features Yoga & Tai Chi Classes 7 days a week to residents of Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, Ahwatukee, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and Sun Lakes.
